Recruiting A different kind of recruiting: animating and striking, we make sure that Diehl's recruiting in the digital perception competition from competing campaigns. Based on the strategic guidelines of our employer branding campaign for the Diehl Group, in particular the employer branding claim "Do what's important to you at Diehl", we created a concise multimedia campaign for the Diehl Aviation subgroup. Inspired by scientific statistics, we present the pain points and wishes of the different target groups and reach both active job seekers and non-seeking candidates through a multi-layered strategy. A challenge that requires creativity and courage.
